We aim to deliver your orders promptly within 5 to 15 business days. However, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical constraints may affect the delivery timeframe.

Refund and restock cost 8-15€

ATTENTION ❗️Please note that items priced over €75 are not eligible for return. 

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including its packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.

After the arrival of your package if you do not collect it after 3 days of arrival you will not be entitled to your refund

Once we receive your returned item and it has been approved for a refund, we will process the refund promptly. The refunded amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
